Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility (Condition of Items)
Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—with original packaging and tags attached. Normal try-on is acceptable, but items must remain in resellable condition.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@coleharlan.com to request a Return Authorization.
- Authorization is required before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions and the return address.
- Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable, trackable carrier and sharing the tracking number once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items marked Final Sale at checkout
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
If returned items are missing packaging/tags, show wear, or are damaged, we may issue a partial refund or return the item to you instead of approving a full refund.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the original item (with authorization) and place a new order.
Refund Processing
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us at support@coleharlan.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
