Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot modify or cancel your purchase. However, once your package arrives, you may return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. During peak periods (holidays or sales), processing times may take longer. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and international shipping, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Cole Harlon is not responsible for customs delays. For details, please contact your local customs authority.
How do I return an item?

What if the item I receive is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us right away at support@coleharlon.com. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item, and any other relevant details so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
