Shipping & Delivery Info
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been dispatched. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see these emails in your inbox.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure availability and efficiency. Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7–14 business days
International: 10–25 business days (longer during peak seasons or customs delays)
Please note: Popular or restocked items may take additional time. In rare cases, delivery can take up to 30 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.
Tracking
Most orders come with tracking, which will be emailed to you once available. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately at no extra cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes since processing may have already begun.
Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, or holiday demand. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered against loss, theft, or damage.
Lost in Transit: If tracking never updates to “Delivered,” you qualify for a replacement.
Marked Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, you’ll need to file a stolen package claim, which may include:
A claim with the courier
A signed statement confirming non-receipt
A police report (for high-value orders)
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery scan. Each case is reviewed individually, and claims without required documentation may be denied.
