Multiple Shipping Locations

To ensure fast fulfillment and a streamlined experience, we operate from multiple warehouse locations. While our global headquarters is in the U.S., shipments leave from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.


Processing & Shipment

  • Order Processing: Orders are prioritized and typically processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays), with payment processed within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Peak Demand: Please allow up to 2–3 business days for certain high-demand styles that may require restocking or reproduction.


Shipping Times

  • Worldwide Delivery: Shipping timelines vary but generally fall within 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and local customs.

  • Extended Delivery: Orders to locations outside of mainland U.S. (including remote U.S. states or select international regions) may take longer. In Europe, for example, delivery can take up to 30 days, depending on shipping conditions.


Orders in Multiple Shipments

If items in your order originate from different fulfillment centers, they may ship separately—at no additional cost to you.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipment notification once your package has been dispatched.

  • We provide tracking numbers as soon as they are available—keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).


Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived after 45 days from shipping, please contact us immediately at support@coleharlon.com, and our team will assist with next steps.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are possible only within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we’re unable to accommodate modifications.


Returns (If You Prefer Not to Keep Your Order)

While we do not offer refunds based solely on shipping times, you are welcome to return eligible items for a refund—subject to our returns policy.
